Chromatrix Beta Release 1.0!




I've been working on this game silently for almost 2 years, and now after all this time, I can finally share it! Current, the game contains all the major elements that I thought would be needed for release, but there's still quite a bit of content that I would like to add. Here's a list of all the major elements that I want to add or change:

- Faster turret menu navigation: The current one works well, but it's fairly slow to get where you need. 

- Better and more musics: The current ones are composed by me, however, they can become a bit annoying after a long game session. I've made contact with a composer, so the music will either be redone by me or this composer.

- Balancing: The current game seems pretty balanced, but I've notice some areas where this could be improved.

- A story: I already had planned to have a story around the game, including how you got inside the game, what's your goal, mysteries, several characters and more. The story was pushed back since I didn't deem it to be integral enough for Beta. The characters have been mostly worked on in advance before.

- Potential bug fixes: I'm expecting bugs to come out of players playing the game over time.

- Environmental and slight graphical improvements: The main look is pretty much done, but I had in mind to add certain elements and decoration for each Stage to solidify their themes.

- A secret boss: Well, that's a secret, so no info for you!

- Other elements I might be forgetting lol.
